Section 01
General Service Terms
By booking with Great Home Pro, you agree to the following:
- All services are performed based on an agreed scope of work prior to starting.
- Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of scheduling.
- If conditions differ significantly from what was described, the estimate may change.
- We do not guarantee outcomes affected by property age, material wear, or prior damage.
- We reserve the right to decline work that is unsafe, hazardous, or outside our service capabilities.
Section 02
Licensing Status
Great Home Pro performs cleaning, minor repairs, cosmetic touch-ups, painting, carpet care, and basic handyman services. We do not perform structural, electrical, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, or specialty-trade services that require a licensed contractor.
Any work requiring a licensed contractor will be declined or referred to a qualified professional.
Section 03
Scheduling & Property Access
To keep scheduling smooth, the following applies:
- Accurate entry instructions must be provided before the scheduled appointment.
- Units must be accessible at the scheduled time (lockbox, key pickup, gate codes, etc.).
- A property that cannot be accessed may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
- We respect community rules regarding parking, access, and onsite behavior.
Section 04
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We request 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Same-day cancellations or no-access events may incur a fee or affect priority scheduling.
- Weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen conditions may require rescheduling on our end.
Section 05
Scope Changes & Additional Work
- Additional work not included in the original scope may require approval before proceeding.
- Price adjustments may apply to add-ons or significantly heavier cleaning or repair needs.
- We will not perform unsanitary, hazardous, or biohazard-related cleanup.
Section 06
Photos & Documentation
- Before-and-after photos are taken for documentation and quality control.
- Photos may be shared with the client, property manager, or owner as needed.
- Photos will not be posted publicly without permission.
Section 07
Liability Limitations
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty materials, aging structures, or improper installation by previous parties.
- Small cosmetic imperfections may remain if full restoration is not part of the scope.
- Client-provided materials are used at the client's risk.
Section 08
Payment Terms
- Turnover invoices are issued at or after job completion unless another agreement is in place.
- Handyman visits are generally due at completion of service.
- Late payments may impact future scheduling or availability.
- Returned payments may incur fees.
Section 09
Service Limitations
Great Home Pro does not perform:
- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or structural work
- Asbestos, mold, or hazardous-material removal
- Pest control or extermination
- Roofing or high-ladder work beyond safe heights
Section 10
Concerns, Corrections & Disputes
- Concerns must be reported within a reasonable time after service completion.
- We will return to correct legitimate concerns when possible.
- Corrections do not apply to pre-existing issues or new issues beyond the agreed scope.
- Disputes will be handled professionally and in good faith.
Section 11
Changes to Terms
Great Home Pro may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
