What exactly is a turnover or make-ready?
A turnover (or make-ready) is everything needed to prepare a rental unit between tenants. This includes cleaning, painting, carpet care, repairs, and any tasks required to make the home rent-ready.
How fast can you complete a turnover?
Standard turnovers are usually completed in **24–48 hours**, depending on size and condition. Heavy turns (deep cleaning, full repaints, major repairs) may take longer. We’re always honest about timelines upfront.
Do you clean inside appliances?
Yes. Inside of ovens, refrigerators, and microwaves are included in **Standard** and **Heavy** turnover cleanings. Light cleanings may not require appliance detailing unless requested.
Do you handle painting and patching?
Yes. We provide touch-ups, patch & paint, color matching, and full-room repaints as needed. We will always tell you whether a unit needs simple touch-ups or a complete repaint.
Do you shampoo or steam clean carpet?
We offer both options depending on carpet type and the level of dirt or odor. For pet units, we also provide enzyme treatments and odor neutralization.
What repairs are included?
We handle blinds, screens, doors, caulking, fixtures, hardware, toilets, smoke detectors, patch work, and other small turnover repairs. Larger or specialty repairs are handled by qualified partner vendors if needed.
Do you provide before & after photos?
Absolutely. Every turnover includes full before-and-after photo documentation so property managers and owners can review the work and keep records for files or inspection reports.
What areas do you serve?
We serve **Greater Pinal County** (including Casa Grande and surrounding areas) and select **East Valley** cities depending on availability and job size. Contact us with your property address and we’ll confirm coverage.
