Heavy Stain & Damage Policy

Some carpets can be cleaned. Others need to be replaced. We’ll let you know which category your unit falls into before you overspend on cleaning that won’t fix the problem.

When Cleaning Makes Sense

We recommend cleaning when stains and odors are moderate, carpets are structurally sound, and there’s a reasonable chance of improving appearance and smell.

When Replacement May Be Better

If carpets are heavily saturated, severely damaged, or older and worn out, we’ll be upfront about the limits of cleaning and may recommend replacement instead.
