Our Story

I’m Daniel Brown, founder of Great Home Pro. After seeing how often property managers, apartment communities, and investors struggled with turnovers, I decided to build a service around one simple idea:

“Make turnovers simple, predictable, and documented.”

Instead of hiring one company for cleaning, another for paint, another for carpet, and another for repairs, you get one point of contact who understands how all the pieces fit together.
